9. Legal application and dispute resolution
9.1 Conclusion of this AgreementThe establishment, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Chinese laws.

9.2 During the execution of this Agreement, if any dispute related to this Agreement arises, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if any dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within fifteen days after the dispute occurs, either party has the right to file an appeal with the People's Court where the platform is located. File a lawsuit.

9.3 During the litigation period, this Agreement shall continue to be enforced except for matters in dispute.

10. Liability for breach of contract
Any breach or failure by either party to perform its representations, warranties, obligations or responsibilities under this Agreement shall constitute a breach of contract. The non-defaulting party has the right to notify the defaulting party in writing to request redress for the breach. If the defaulting party fails to take timely and adequate remedial measures within ten days after receiving the above written notice, the non-defaulting party has the right to demand compensation from the defaulting party for the losses it suffers due to the breach of contract.

11. Supplementary Provisions
11.1 This platform has the right to transfer all or part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to its affiliates for continued enjoyment or performance upon written notice to the user. However, users may not transfer all or part of their rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party unless they obtain the written consent of this platform.

11.2 If some terms of this Agreement are invalid, revoked or terminated, the validity of other terms will not be affected, and the other terms will still be valid.
