On February 15, 2025, PDAEXSEA and Indonesia Retailer and Tenants Association (HIPPINDO) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

This cooperation aims to integrate the resources and advantages of both parties, provide all-round support for Chinese enterprises in the Indonesian market, such as localization, compliance operation and resource docking, and help Chinese enterprises to efficiently develop the Southeast Asian market. PDAEXSEA Executive President Shi Jingjing, HIPPINDO Founding Chairman of the Board Mr. Pak Budi profile and Steve Chan, Southeast Asia Co-Chairman of the Innovative Technology Finance and Marketing Association, jointly held the signing ceremony.

Deepen local layout and build a sustainable cooperation ecosystem

As the largest economy in ASEAN, Indonesia has experienced rapid economic growth in recent years, with a continuous expansion of the consumer market and rapid development of the manufacturing and retail industries.

PDAEXSEA has successfully helped more than 2,000 Chinese companies to go overseas by relying on its cross-border service system covering Southeast Asia. This cooperation will combine HIPPINDO's deep accumulation of retail, real estate and policy resources in Indonesia to create a "industry + service" dual-wheel drive model, providing companies with a one-stop solution from business inspections, market research, qualification processing, accounting and tax filing to channel expansion. The addition of the Innovative Technology Finance and Marketing Association further strengthens financial support and digital marketing capabilities, forming an ecological closed loop.

At the signing ceremony, PDAEXSEA Executive President Shi Jingjing said: "The Indonesian market has both potential and complexity. Through the deep collaboration of local authoritative institutions, we can respond to corporate needs more accurately and reduce the cost of trial and error in going overseas."

HIPPINDO Chairman Pak Budi profile emphasized: "The technical strength and innovation experience of Chinese companies are crucial to Indonesia's industrial upgrading. This cooperation will promote the exchange of resources between the two sides in the fields of green economy and digital retail."

Mr. Chen Shaomin pointed out from the perspective of industrial and financial integration: "Financial instruments and data services will become the key support for the localization of corporate operations."

As the dividends of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) continue to be released, Indonesia is becoming a core market for Chinese companies to deploy in Southeast Asia. The achievement of this strategic cooperation marks another step forward in the construction of Panda's localized ecology. In the future, the three parties will jointly hold projects such as the China-Indonesia Industry Matchmaking Conference to accelerate the integration of Chinese companies into the Indonesian industrial chain, while promoting Indonesian small and medium-sized merchants to connect with Chinese supply chain resources to achieve two-way empowerment.
