Emerging market countries and the "Global South" should strengthen cooperation and jointly seize strategic development opportunities. The Cambodian government has always attached great importance to China-Cambodia relations and has taken practical measures to create positive conditions for China-Cambodia economic cooperation and trade exchanges, attracting a large number of overseas Chinese to invest in Cambodia, and playing an important role in promoting Cambodia's economic and social development.

With the continuous deepening of the China-Cambodia "Diamond Hexalateral" cooperation framework, China-Cambodia relations have entered a high-level, high-quality comprehensive development stage, creating opportunities for win-win cooperation and common prosperity for the economies and peoples of the two countries."
