Liang Hongxing, partner of Panda Overseas cross-border enterprise service platform and international tax expert. With 30 years of full-time tax management experience (including 13 years of overseas field and global tax management experience), he has worked in tax management in Xinjiang Taxation Bureau, Taxation Department of the Ministry of Finance, Deloitte, HP, Huawei and Gezhouba.
