Empowering the global stage with Kapok's ambition, women's power writes a new chapter in going overseas
Ms. Shi's life experience echoes the Kapok spirit - she led the team to deeply cultivate the Southeast Asian market, helped Chinese companies go global, and demonstrated the dual advantages of female entrepreneurs in strategic layout and resilience management.
In her sharing, Shi made it clear that Southeast Asia is becoming the focus of global capital competition: "The 680 million population dividend, the global supply chain transfer trend, and the regional integration policy dividend, the three engines drive Southeast Asia to become the 'golden springboard' for Chinese companies to go overseas."
Taking a manufacturing company served by PDAEXSEA as an example, she revealed the huge opportunities in the Southeast Asian market in consumption upgrading and industrial chain reconstruction.
Facing the trend of companies going overseas, Shi also said frankly: "Policy differences, cultural barriers and insufficient localized operation capabilities are still the 'three doors' faced by companies going overseas."

In response to these problems, Ms. Shi also shared PDAEXSEA's service experience. She suggested that companies need to form professional teams, deeply understand local policies and market rules, and formulate precise strategies. At the same time, cooperate with local professional institutions to obtain professional legal, financial and other services to reduce risks.
At the end of the sharing, Mr. Shi called on more women to join the business field: "On the borderless business stage, women can not only capture opportunities with delicate insights, but also face challenges with tenacity. We look forward to working with more 'Kapok heroes' to open up broader channels for Chinese companies to go overseas."
Female entrepreneurs gathered together to show the power of women. They use wisdom as a pen and courage as ink to write a brilliant chapter on the business canvas.
Mr. Shi's sharing also inspired every woman present, encouraging them to stand at the forefront of the wave of going overseas, bloom their feminine beauty, add the glory of Chinese female entrepreneurs to the global economic stage, and continue to write more glorious chapters belonging to women.
