关于香港公司年审
正常运营的香港公司每一年都需要进行一次年审，包括两个方面的内容：香港公司周年申报表和商业登记证的更新换证。
香港公司周年申报表是指在香港公司注册满一周年后，就需要做周年申报文件，申报文件的内容包括公司的股东，法定秘书，注册地址，董事等相关内容，并且以后每一年都需要申报一次。
商业登记证的更新换证是指当香港公司注册满一周年后，要申请并获得新一年度的商业登记证的过程，也叫年审。
香港公司年审时间
香港公司年审年报是在公司成立之后的每一年都要做一次。
香港公司商业登记证的续费换证可以在到期日提前一个月去税局办理，办理时间为确认收款后2-3个工作日。
香港公司年报必须在年报到期日才可递交到公司注册处，时间大约在2-3个工作日。
