关于泰国BOI申请
BOI申请《投资促进许可证》是目前备受中资企业青睐的在泰投资方式。
根据泰国最新政策目前可以享受投资优惠政策的项目分成十大行业类别，并根据这些行业在泰国市场的发展状况，有针对性的给予A+、A1、A2、A3、A4、B等不同级别的优惠措施。
BOI的主要优惠政策包括：
1、税收优惠：可能包括免缴或减免企业所得税、免缴或减免机器进口税、免缴出口所需的原材料进口关税等。
2、非税收优惠：主要包括允许引进鼓励行业的熟练工人和专家、允许获得永久土地所有权和汇出外汇等。
BOI项目审批原则
1、BOI审核以项目为基础，同一公司可以有多个投资项目，但已运营的项目不能申请投资优惠权益，申请优惠权益的项目必须为新增投资（可以再原生产线基础上的新增投资）；
2、投资项目徐属于BOI鼓励的行业类别之内，且符合相关规定条件；
3、投资金额不低于一百万泰铢（不含土地成本和流动资金）；
4、申请项目须具备先进生产工艺；
5、产品附加值不低于营业收入的20%，个别行业（农业、农产品、电子产品、电子元器件、金属切割行业）附加值不低于营收的10%；
6、对于新建项目，贷款债务和注册资本的比例不超过1:3，对于扩大生产的项目，视实际情况而定；
7、对可能造成环境影响的项目，须具备足够且有效的预防措施，以减少对环境质量造成的影响。BOI将对其设厂地点和治污方式进行特别审核。
