On November 26, 2024, the 2024 Global Chinese Economic and Technology Summit was successfully held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, jointly organized by the Cambodian government, the World Digital Chamber of Commerce (WDC), the ASEAN Economic Club (AEC), the China-ASEAN Business Association (CABA), the China Institute for Comprehensive Development (CDI), the Center for China and Globalisation (CCG), the China (Sanya) School of Public Diplomacy (SPDI), China Daily and KSI Asia-Pacific Strategic Research, and the authoritative Cambodian economic and industrial media Khmer Times Chinese website. Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Wang Wenbin delivered a speech:
