关于矿业许可
印尼矿产资源极为丰富，是国际上煤炭及镍、铁、锡、金等金属矿产品市场供应的重要来源国。近年来，矿业一直是外商投资印尼的热点行业，中国企业相继布局印尼镍铁产业和煤电行业。
根据印尼相关规定，在印尼实施矿业活动需要取得中央政府颁发的许可。
印尼矿业许可的分类
1、矿业服务许可证（IUJP）
矿业服务许可证（Izin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan，“IUJP”）由印尼能源和矿产资源部颁发，授权满足特定资质要求的公司、合作社或个人从事采矿服务业务活动的一类矿业许可证。如公司需要进行采矿、采矿建设或施工，则必须取得IUJP矿业许可。
该许可由印尼能矿部颁发，有效期为 5 年。
2、矿业运输和销售专用许可IPP
运输和销售专用许可IPP是在印尼参与矿业贸易必须要申请的资质，该许可涉及到公司购买、运输和销售矿产或煤炭等多方面经营活动的正常开展。
目前印尼规定拥有矿物类的KBLI分别为46610（煤矿贸易）、46620 （金属矿物贸易）、46641 （非金属矿物贸易）、46634 （岩石/砂贸易）四类。
该许可由印尼能矿部颁发，有效期为 5 年。
注意事项
1、一家公司不能同时拥有 IPP 和 IUJP *（必须设立一家新公司）
2、外国人不能成为矿主，除非购买印尼矿主的股份（不能购买所有股份，有比例要求）
3、办理 IUJP 之前，企业需要备好相关的工程师以及机器设备证明书

一般情况下，办理相关矿业许可需要5-6个月时间完成。
