关于柬埔寨外国员工劳动证申请
根据《劳工法》和“关于劳工证与外国劳工手册”195号通令、“关于聘用外国劳工”196号通令规定：为了做生意，或受聘到任何工厂、企业务工的所有外国人，必须持有劳工证和外国劳工手册，否则将被处以罚款或其他惩罚措施。
值得注意的是：根据配额制度，一个雇主的总本地劳动力中最多只能有10%是外国人（基于外国员工/本地员工的计算），包括：办公室员工（3%）；熟练劳动力员工（6%）；和非熟练劳动力员工（1%）。除非在获得MLVT批准的情况下超过上述外籍员工配额上限雇用外籍人士。
许可有效期为一年，申请后需每年续费。
申请柬埔寨外国员工劳动证所需资料
1、申请办理劳工证和外国劳工手册文件。
2、工厂、企业业主的现有本地员工和外国员工人数证明书。
3、外国劳工3x4近照共4张（申请延期者只需要1张）。
4、E字和K字签证的复印件，或内政部颁发的长期居留证的正本证件。
5、劳工合同。
6、劳工局颁发的健康检查证件。
