所谓双认证，是指在我国外交部领事司或有关省、自治区、市的外事办公室的认证手续后，再办理公证书的使用国的驻华使馆的认证。
这种办理两个认证的做法，通常称为“双认证”。
这也是国内企业去海外经营的重要“说明书”，只有经过公证的营业执照才会被出海国认可。
越南双认证，即越南大使馆在公证文书上盖章，可以证明公证机关和认证机关的最后一个签字和签章属实。其目的是中国出具的公证（或认证）文书能为越南当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。从而更有利企业在当地开展经营活动。
越南双认证可认证类型
一般主要分为以下两类：
个人文件：包括结婚证、出生证、离婚证、无犯罪证明、死亡证明、工作经历、授权书、声明书、绿卡、护照、邀请函、单身声明、判决书、遗嘱、房产证、成绩单、学历书、医学证明等。
公司文件：包括注册证书、法人资格、协议书、合同书、授权书、声明书、证明书、委派书、商标证书、资产证明、董事信息、股东信息、公司章程、会议记录、公司更名文件、发票、原产地证、报关单、产品证书、产品介绍及其他公司文件等。
