泰国商标申请原则
泰国实行“申请在先”原则，即第一个提出申请的个人或法人实体将拥有这项权利。
泰国商标注册程序
递交申请----形式审查----实质审查----公告----注册。
将资料递交申请后，泰国商标局会先对资料进行形式审查，如材料没有问题，则进入下一步的实质审查，实质审查会确认所申请的商标是否违反当地商标法的禁用条款以及是否具有显著性，同时，还会审查所申请商标是否同他人的在先申请、注册商标权利有所冲突。
当实质审查顺利通过后，就会进入为期90天的公告期，如果公告期内被异议了，申请人应在60天内提交答辩，逾期未答辩，则视为放弃申请（这一点和国内完全不同，企业需留意）。
如公告期内无第三人提出异议或异议不成立，则所申请商标即可通过核准注册并下发证书。
泰国商标申请在未发生驳回、异议等情况下，顺利注册一般需时12-18个月。其中，商标自提交申请到初审公告的审查期约12-14个月。
泰国准予注册的商标类型

（2）申请人名称、住址和国籍等（中英文双语）
（3）电子版商标图样(如黑白申请则提供黑白LOGO，彩色申请则需提供彩色及黑色LOGO）

（5）委托书（需要公证）
