关于香港商标注册

根据《商标条例》，注册商标的有效期为自核准注册之日起10年，期满后可续展，每次续展有效期为10年。但最长期限不能超过《商标法》规定的最长期限（即25年），且应在续展期限届满前6个月内提出续展申请。商标注册人不得擅自改变商标。如果改变了商标的文字、图形等，需要重新提出申请。

1、提交申请：香港商标注册处收到注册商标的申请后，会以信件形式发出收据及通知书；
2、审查文件：资料若不齐全需在2月内补全资料；
3、审查；
4、公示申请；
5、第三方反对：任何个人或法人均可在香港知识产权公报上，看到处于公示期的商标，如果发觉涉及利益损害，则可以提出反对。反对人须在注册申请公布日期起，三个月内提交反对及说明。同时也可以撤销申请；
6、注册成功
