服务方案
SLF建筑合格证是由地方或者中央政府出具的许可证，证明建筑完成后是安全合格的。使用建筑物前，必须先取得建筑合格证 SLF。
SLF跟PBG前后呼应，类似于民用建筑的房产证。简单来说，从SLF文件里就能知道此建筑物的建造是否有助于现实管理有序、技术可靠，从而保证厂房使用者的安全、健康和便利。
SLF分为两个级别：8层以下B级，8层以上A级。
所需资料
在印尼获得SLF建筑合格证所需的文件常见文件通常包括：
a.申请表
b.企业登记编号(NIB)
c.身份证(建筑业主)
d.建筑设计图
e.建筑审批许可证(PBG)
f.建筑完整性检查/测试结果函及监理服务提供商的检查结果

第一步：收集资料
第二步：进行现场考察并且建筑合格性测试
第三步：编制报告、核实文件、且提交到官方系统
第四步：向地方相关部门进行讲解建筑合格性测试的结果
第五步：地方相关部门进行现场考察以及文件核实
第六步：修改补充文件，并获得相关部门的批准（如需）
第七步：相关部门颁发建筑合格证 SLF

印尼建筑合格证SLF申请一般需要7个月时间完成。

在开始任何建筑之前，需要获得建筑许可证（IMB），并且在开始使用或运营任何建筑物之前，必须获得占用证书（SLF）。
PBG建筑许可是对于某个建筑物第一次开始修建或扩建时业主必须要取得的证件。
SLF建筑合格证是由地方或者中央政府出具的许可证，证明建筑完成后是安全合格的。
总的来讲PBG应该在工厂动工前办理，SLF应在工厂完工后办理，实际操作中这两个证件可以同时申请。
