服务方案
建筑审批或Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG)，根据建筑技术标准授予建筑业主的新建、改建、扩建、缩建和/或维护建筑物的许可，这是在印度尼西亚进行建筑活动所需的强制性许可证。
对需要在印尼建设工厂或仓库的客户来说是必须要取得的证件之一。
需要注意的是：后期如果有对建筑物的任何改动都必须变更 PBG。
所需资料
在印尼获得建筑批准 （PBG） 所需的文件可能因建筑项目的性质和规模而异。常见文件通常包括建筑图纸、结构设计、土地所有权文件、土地证书、土地使用许可证、环境影响评估（如适用）以及地方当局要求的任何其他相关许可证或执照。

第一步：收集所需资料
第二步：提交申请 PBG
第三步：相关部门将审核所提交的资料
第四步：相关部门安排审查日期
第五步：进行审查后，相关部门出 BA 会议记录
第六步：进行修改补充，直至技术评审组（TPT/TPA）审查通过（如需）
第七步：相关人员出具符合技术标准的声明
第八步：相关部门颁发 PBG

印尼建筑许可PBG申请一般需要7个月时间完成。

建筑合格证SLF-印尼
在开始任何建筑之前，需要获得建筑许可证（PBG），并且在开始使用或运营任何建筑物之前，必须获得占用证书（SLF）。
PBG建筑许可是对于某个建筑物第一次开始修建或扩建时业主必须要取得的证件。
SLF建筑合格证是由地方或者中央政府出具的许可证，证明建筑完成后是安全合格的。
总的来讲PBG应该在工厂动工前办理，SLF应在工厂完工后办理，实际操作中这两个证件可以同时申请。
