关于不动产管理信托-柬埔寨
基于特殊的历史原因，柬埔寨宪法禁止外国机构或个人直接拥有土地。但是2019年的《信托法》某些部分允许外国人按照相关法律通过信托在柬埔寨购买土地。
当外籍人士想在柬埔寨投资土地、别墅、排屋和店面等不动产时，可以将产权土地或建物登记到信托公司名下，信托财产将受到信托法的保护，并且得到妥善的管理；当委托人要处理资产时，受托人信托公司将依委托人之指示办理出售或转让，将可以完全消弥上述借名登记的风险。
通过信托的方式，外籍人士可以在柬埔寨合法购置土地和连地住宅、仓库、破产房等，并且能合法自由的处置交易或行使一切权利。
