关于配额PI进口审批函
印尼政府在实施进口管理时，主要采用配额和许可证两种形式。因此企业进口产品到印尼之前，必须注意产品的海关编码。因为有些产品需要特殊的进口许可，其中之一是 PI 进口审批函。
所以在进口之前，需要先核对进口货物是否在印尼贸易部的进口配额产品名单上。
必须申请PI 配额进口审批的产品类型
印尼政府于2023年颁布的第36号贸易部条例，对进口政策进行了重大调整，其中一项重要内容是扩大了需要办理PI（进口审批）的产品范围。
据新规定，自2024年3月11日起，以下16个产品类别在每年进口时必须申请PI配额进口审批：
① 电子产品
② 传统药品与保健品
③ 化妆品与家居用品
④ 纺织品与其他成品
⑤ 鞋类
⑥ 服装与服饰配件
⑦ 包袋
⑧ 各类纺织品
⑨ 巴蒂克纺织品及其图案制品
⑩ 塑料原料
⑪ B2类有害物质
⑫ 氢氟碳化合物(HFC)
⑬ 某些特定化学产品
⑭ 阀门
⑮ 钢铁、合金钢及其相关产品
⑯ 二手产品与二手设备
注意事项
1、办理 PI进口审批函之前，无法确定进口配额，需要由贸易部来决定。
2、不同产品的P!进口审批函有效期不同。即在半年或者一年的有效期内，公司可以几次进口，但不能超过写在 PI上的进口配额。如企业已进口所有配额或PI已过有效期，可重新申请。
3、如企业已完成PI进口审批函的办理，在许可有效期内原产地、目的国家或目的港口有变化，那么必须申请 PI变更。
4、如PI要到期了，企业还没有进口所有配额，一般情况下可申请延期。
5、进口之后，为能够继续进口下批的产品，公司必须先向贸易部做进口实现报告。
